Cal 27 - 1971  Great cruiser, perfect for weekend getaways to the Island and coastal cruising.  While sailing this boat is compact, but it has a pop-top cabin that provides for plenty of room when you are at your destination. It's galley consists of a sink and cooler.  It has a roller furler for the jib and main sail.  There is a mount on the stern for an outboard motor.  This boat also comes with a nice interior, anchor, and compass.
